help!!

awrite guys just got maself a ps3 slim the other day but having a few problems.. first i cant get connected to my wireless router:n: i think i may have changed the password/key when i set it up for my old 360 but cant remember what it was any ideas how i can find out?? and also cant get the ps3 to work with the hdmi cable:wall::wall: works fine with the scart but when i change it to hdmi. its only gives me the audio no picture? please help! thanks:y:

cant get the ps3 to work with the hdmi cable works fine with the scart but when i change it to hdmi. its only gives me the audio no picture?

check HD settings on both TV and PS3, check the cable, check inputs and outputs on both TV and PS3

tried it all mate.. been looking on google other people had the same problem with the hdmi and there saying to re-boot the ps3 so gona give that a go..cheers

also check if the connections are clean (no dust or other crap)?

Go onto Video settings i think on the PS3 menu and make sure you have selected HDMI as the video output

All of the above but try reseting the PS3.

Make sure the PS3 is off press and hold the On button until it beeps usually takes about 30 seconds. Though i use this when i reset to av so not sure if it works the other way around.

It doesnt reset or format the hdd or anything like that, it just resets video output.
