I want to buy a lower strut brace for my Saxo and I've got it lowered 40mm and I've been told it will catch on speed bumps etc, is this true?

I don't want to buy one if it's just going to catch on things and potentially damage the car more...

Mate at 40mm i wouldn't worry, I had one on my old Vts at -40 and the only thing I caught it on was a HUGE curb. My other Vts was down -60 and that only caught the speed pillows and theyre rubber so no real damage done there. My vtr is down 70/80 on the front and that does catch most things going to have to lift it I think lol
