F**king thing !

Av got a 2002 vts, lowered 35mm on Eibach springs, All ov a sudden av got a creaking noise comin from the front right, like the shocky (Standard ) Been checked by garage 3 times now and nobody can see anything wrong with it Any ideas ?:rage:

Soz, forgot 2 add it only happens goin over bumps n dodgy roads,U tend 2 hear bearing if ur goin round a corner, do they shocky's have a mount at the top off them

drive shaft needs to be tightent again. (nut located under carpet.)

aye they hav strut top mounts that u can replace got mine to do soon

Cheers guy, I have heard about bolts being under the carpet, i'll have a look !

Strut top bearing if dry will stick and turn the spring when going round a corner.... I had a pic of the result of this but can't find it... you probably wouldn't notice this problem going over bumps... only on turns that require high lock

Like I say its not likely to be the strut top bearing if its noticable in a straight line

Am gonna give these bolts a try under the carpet! i have seen a post on here b4 tellin u where abouts they are ? does anyone know
