yeah. works a treat. its only like going from a baking hot day to an icy one. paint will be fine.

heat up till hot then spray upside down. only good for dents not near edges. don't work on small punched in dings.

Not always paint is not made to flex like this.

Doing this is more than likely to put stress cracks into your paint. we use this at work half the time it doesn't work and half the time it ruins the paint.

It's not the heat that does it mate it's the rapid cooling normally done with a freeze spray that pops the dent.
