Long shot but I reckon this is the same car back at Max Power Live 2002.

Can just about see the bonnet pins in the pic billybigtoe posted, same bonnet, small writing at the top of the windscreen and a sunstrip, also has a Kahn wheels decal on the side(had Kahn wheels in 2002)

To be fair, this would've looked really cool in the 90's. Back then this was what people did, just like the "euro" "Hellaflush" style now. Agreed it looks awful now but that's only because ripspeed and the like made bodykits accessable to the masses.

Hence all of the sheds started to copy the look. I'm sure in 10 years time we'll be looking back at our own cars and think "What the feck was I thinking??"
