Just to warn people to shop around renewal time.
Had my renewal through the post today,
Last year I paid £2254 on Audi A3 2.0Tdi (140)
19 year old
0 NCB
£500 excess
Fully Comp
Had the letter through today for renewal price £2768, same details but im now 20, 1 small accident which was paid for off the other guys insurance as it was nothing to do with me. So have 1 NCB which they agreed.
So after being pissed off with that shit price, done a search on compare the market and have had a quote of
£1186 with the Rac, just shows how to be careful.
That is all

My renewal was more expensive than a quote I did on admirals website.
Saved £100, declared more mods and upgraded from TPFT to fully comp.

isnt this common knowledge, someone is always cheaper elsehwere, find that quote then ring current with a ref num, they "should" then beat that for you ;)
if not then fuck them youvr found cheaper anyway

Hold the phone.....so I should shop around come renewal time?? ;)
I usually wait until Elephant/Admiral come in with my renewal then either go on thier website (or the others) and get a cheaper quote with the same details....works every time :)

Yes but a difference of 1500 is sick, could insure another car for that.

you'll also find it cheaper if you go to a comparason website then go to their cheapers company direct do another quote normally £100 cheaper as the comparason websit adds a charge.
