What tape measure do you use for monitoring your gains ?
I just use a shitty standard tape measure but want something more accurate and easier to use.
Was looking at this one, seems alright. Opinions?

I was thinking about getting the same. Buy it and tell me how good it is :y:
I just want to know if its possible to take the measurements yourself that you never used to be able too. Chest, arms etc.

All the reviews seem pretty good. More fussed about the tape measure layout, for example you can measure to the exact mm. One I use goes up in 2's so it's pretty shit lol.
And yeah you can measure around your arms and chest pretty well according to the description.
