Problem with dash lights, tail lights, and sidelights

hello i have a problem in that the sidelights, tail lights and dash lights are not working, i still have brake lights and indicators.

ive checked all the fuses and i am fully aware that this has been covered before in topics, but had no real results, people seem to have fixed it by changing a fuse but im my instance this does not work.

any help would be grately appreciated as driving at night is very dangerous with no tail lights, ive also checked the rear lighting boards and there is no corrosion or shorts on them...

behind rear lights, behind carpet just under dash on a pillars, in engine bay
