can renewal quotes ever get higher, i mean like when i told my insurance company i passed my test, it only went up bout 100, and that was plus breakdown insurance, ill be due my renewal quote soon and is it possible it could be higher?
EDIT: i also have 6 points which i havent told them about yet but i will when i renew as it states i can legally, what is the equivalent of 6 points on a licence, im a named driver and am i right thinking its the same as declaring heavy mods or am i talking shite?

but on a serious note your insurance is going to sky rocket with the add on of 6 penalty points.
probably worth having insurance in your own name with older people as named drivers, like your mum, ive found elder women help to bring the policy down for me.
that way you can build up your no claims, might be abit steep to start with but its better in the long run :y:

It's usually around 10 quid more a point, but I'm guessing your younger than 20 and it will probably be around 50 a point, especially with the offenses.

Depends on what the six points are for but I would expect a 20-30% increase minimum.
Renewalls are almost always higher so shop around regardless...

Personally i cant see the insurers are going to look on the fact you have points for no licence and driving without insurance too well, having said that, i have known people who seem to manage to wrangle reasonable insurance considering, for the same/similar offences. As said renewals are almost always not the best deal so well worth trying other places. For example had a renewal for almost £1200, which was almost bang on what i paid last year, bit of shopping around, ended up paying £680.
