Been training a few years now, only ever used protein and creatine and I'm looking to add more supps
I've just come back from nearly a year off so just gonna stick to good food and whey protein till this myprotein stuff runs out. Got about 2.5kg left so should be able to put some alright size back on in the meantime. Then I'll probably switch to either phd synergy or myprotein hurricane evo. I'm taking animal paks at the minute also, which contain BCAAs and zma
Gonna see how I go with that then I fancy looking into test boosters, animal stak, growth hormone, pro hormone, tren bombs etc etc. Not all at once of course haha
Now I'll admit I know nothing about the above and will probably be a few months before I start taking any of them, which is why I'm asking now then I can research things thoroughly before jumping into anything
Any advice on what to take, what not to take, info on anything etc is much appreciated
Cheers, Chris :xmas_cheesygrin:

Before even contemplating growth, pro hormones or anything of that nature seriously you'll need to ensure you have a solid base and also read, read, read and continue reading.
Yeah you can just fire a few pills down your neck once or twice a day but unless you have a solid diet, workout and body composition then the benefits will be outweighed by the side effects!

Understood mate, I plan to do this properly! Certainly won't just be firing pills down my neck and hoping for the best. My diet is good, seen good results naturally from my current routine - people in the past accusing me of being on steroids haha but then again what do they know! Want to get at least back to where I was a year ago before I venture into anything. So plenty of time to read up :y:
Just looking forward to getting the weight back on. Considering chucking some powdered oats in my shakes first job, then creatine, then maybe try some test boosters in a few months. Unless they're a waste of time?

How old are you? How many years have you been training?
First off, cross growth hormones off the list. If your in your early 20's you should be producing enough as it is. Then to be honest Id try and source real steroids rather than the shite pro hormones you buy online. The side effects are pretty much the same but are safer and better IMO! But whichever you decide to choose make sure you research the effects on your blood pressure and cholesterol etc and ways to monitor these and keep them in check. Then of course read up on PCT and possible beginner courses.
Are you just wanting to take tablets?

I'm 25 mate, been training since I was about 19 off and on. Did about 2 years good solid training from around august 2008 to around may 2010 then work commitments etc got in the way and I went from 4/5 nights a week in the gym to 1/2 then none at all. Diet fell by the wayside aswell. Still eating healthy stuff but just 3 meals a day, low protein, no supplements, plus was eating sweets and choc every day. Gradually felt worse and worse about myself plus a couple of my mates have started the gym now too which has given me the push I needed to go back!
Ok cool thanks for the advice mate. Yeah just tablets, I can't stand needles!
Cheers, Chris :)

I'd personally say you might be ready then! Like you said take a few months to get into a good routine of diet and training then start a course. If you only want to take tablets that will limit you! You can choose from a few, theres dbol, tbol, stanozolol (winstal tabs) and anavar. Have a read up on them, thats in order of the most water gain to the least.
Haha yeh mate nobody actually likes needles though do they? But the fact is they are safer with correct technique and have less sides.

IMO carry on naturally, were you still gaining ?
But if you're really set on doing steroids you might aswell go 100%. Therefore injects will be your best option.

Yeh you might want to try a new set of supps first. BCAA's, ZMA etc
Try spiking your own insulin while training to increase the absortion of nutriants.
Try heavy compound movements to increase your own GH production!
Lots of things you can do before turning to AAS.

Haha true, think I'd rather stay natural though than use them!

Yeah slowly... lol. Just getting more and more ripped really while slowly gaining size. To be honest what I think I'll do is just eat more food. At least for the time being. Really pleased with my results so far after just a month ish of getting back in the gym. Good old muscle memory! Haha. Plus all this AAS stuff seems a bit too involved for me at the min and wouldn't want to half arse it! Guaranteed safe doing in naturally. You miss a meal, it's not the end of the world. Miss out some PCT or whatever and I might fuck myself up! So will add some oats to my shakes, bcaas, zma etc. Still plenty to try before I take that 'next step' and will maybe revisit all this in a few months when I feel like I've seriously plateaud!
As I say I've got a few kilos of whey left and about 500g creatine. Nearly ordered powdered oats and bcaa powder off myprotein last night but think what I might do is just use up the last of this whey then just order an all in one supplement and see how I go! Then can always split things up into seperate supplements if needs be. Or even add oats to my all in one and additional bcaas throughout the day! Pre workout, before bed etc or whatever
Been looking at cyclone, phd synergy, bsn syntha6, myprotein hurricane evo, etc. Which do you think is the best? Any others I should be looking at?
Thanks, Chris :D
