they tend to age, become porous and lose flexibility then break. Cost pennies though, a lot of people here bought a big bag and replaced them all around

Motabitz has a box of them (pack of 20) for 59p last time I checked. Same as shitfords I believe.

nissan primera ones have little bits of foam around them so arent as rattley. they cost like nearly a pound per clip at my nearest nissan dealer so i thought fuck that. bought citroen ones and wrapped them in foam myself ;)
