I missed breakfast this morning didnt have time before i came to work, and i'm hungry now, so wondering what you lot eat, to give me some ideas hehe

never eat in the morning, first meal is normally dinner, occasionally ill nip along to tesco/subway/gregs for sumthin at lunch, i drink pints of water all day though :p

I never have breakfast when at work, I dont have time in the morning.....maybe because I like my sleep and get up as late as possible.

Cause I am too busy in the mornings to think about food..... every now and then I'd get myself a Bacon Sandwich or a fresh fruit smootie, but that is very very rare at the moment.

There's a demo on where i work and weve got 2 top chef's in to dem our stuff!

Just been down and had a bacon baggette!
