LED exterior lights.

Trying to put LED lights on the car when you open the doors for them to come on both sides. (bored with the car and want something to do on it) could you wire them in to where the wires for for the interior light easily?

you could try wiring them to the little push button near the check strap

just dont want the hastle of getting a live from the battery and just wanna pick it up for somewhere closer :/
