It does go through all your contacts however that dosent make it a virus.

Thats how the application got popular so quick, you install it and then it goes through your contacts asking them to install it etc as theres people you may know.

I wouldnt call going through your contacts sending out texts or whatever inviting them to an app a virus. Just sneaky or disapproved way of advertising their app.

If you mean me, I am not a guy lol My bbm & fb stopped working on my phone and it was freezing alot aswell as not getting texts till the day after being sent :n: & as soon as I deleted kik it was back to normal!! This also happened to both of my sisters aswell as a few friends!!
