my girlfriend has got her provisional and insured on a car, im 21 been driving over 3 years so can she take me out in the car?
also if she crashes will it affect my insurance :)

Yes she can take you out. Not sure if it would affect your insurance if she crashed though!!

Yes you can and depends on your insurance. Some cases it will go down as a claim but not effect your no claims. just call her and your insurance up and check.
But you have to be in a condition to drive so no drinking an no drugs because you will get done for being intoxicated in charge of car.

i want to know if she crashes would it effect me at all hah, not a chance im going out untill i know this.
im thinking it might because im sort of in charge of her

Not sort of in charge mate you are in charge. Just give her and your insurance a call and ask them i know diamond car insurance put all the fault to you so if she crashes then your at fault as well as her.

She does indeed, if you are teaching someone to drive then they have to be insured on that car.

You are fine to be driven but she must be insured.

i thought the person sitting in the passenger seat has nothing to do with insurance etc. aslong as theyre over 21, driving more than 3 years, are fit to drive, have L plates on the car, and the car is insured to the learner.
You dont even need to be insured on any car to sit beside someone learning i thought
