Any tips to help stay awake??? We are at Birmingham now at M6 toll junction, done 210 miles, only 442 to go lol!!!!

red bull but it would only hit you in about 2 hours time so.....tunes blasting at full wack with sub(s) hitting you in the back always keep me awake in the morning or at night

on way back from fcs i start to add number plates and make all manner of crazy rules with the numbers to keep myself awake and brain working, start with add all three number, progress to 1st x 2nd number divided by 3rd number and onwards.
Might sound boring as hell but it keeps your brain awake

lol been to a party myself which was pretty poor tbh but had a good number of drinks, JD and coke was £2.10 and a double for £3.20, not bad IMO had 1 double, 1 carling at £1.90 and rest was singles. spent £19 so...someone can work out how much i had from 9-11:30 due to them closing the bar early due to underage drinkers :rage: piss take!

try to think of a way to beat the national lottery!!!!!! we did this for a gag once and, some how and, very sadly it went on for 1 1/2 hours and the best we could come up with was take eamon holmes hostage and hope they'd give us the numbers to keep him off national telly! if u can do better, let me know

LOL, the best way to stay awake is to travel on the M6 doing 40 miles a bloody hour, with joints in the road that when you go over them, the lurches down 10 foot cos they are so deep!!!!! Bloody roadworks round the M6 - wish I had taken the toll road now lol!!!!!

I know how you feel mate. Was stuck on it other night. We was going 10mph down slip road at one point. And there wasnt even anythink been done on the actually motorway.
You wouldnt have missed them even if you took the toll road i dont think.

We are en route to Invernes from near enough Brighton - the length of the country basically - commitment!!!!
should drive past my house and see how boxed in my car is :(, no chance of getting out!

woo hoo jus finished my driving (3.5 hours) in the dark on motorways, mike is now in the drivers seat driving like a grandad :P only joking, got another 340miles to go so not too far haha!!

Not yet Aimee, he will be driving now. If he crossed border at 7.20, he will past Glasgow and heading towards Fort William.
Probably another 3 hours drive yet.

We are now approaching Fort William - 720 miles and 10 hours 18 minutes after leaving home....and I AM NOT EVEN TIRED!!!!!!!!!
Will be arriving at Loch Ness Campsite within the next hour, up goes the tent, and the webcam will record it all lol
Loving it, anyone feels like popping down to see us, on the A82 at Invermoriston - PM for any other details....
