Fit them both facing inwards with pulleys together like this ><

You'll then have a turpercharger which is obv the best.

Running neither does save a lot of weight.. having a team to start you everytime though is a bit tideous..

Yeah fitting an alternator and a starter motor will probably be a good start, at least you will have a charged battery and the ability to start the car :)
