i own both and can't pick wich one to keep and tune up,the 106 feel's so much more nimble on the back roads n feels kickier but are they any quicker side by side with the vts? my vts is in slightly better condition but is the 106 goin to always be the quicker and better handleing car?

If you put a wings west kit on your saxo it will make it loads faster than your gti

Keep the 106 as it will hold value slightly better than the Saxo.

i personally would prefer the 106, due to its rarity, and the peugeot reputation for rallys and shit, i think it looks better on the eye than the vts

the saxo only got 85'0000 miles and pug got 108'0000,the saxo is in slightly better conditon tho,but im gona be goin down the cams and boddies route, getting cams tomorow i just dont wana spend all my money on the saxo if the pug is always gona be the quicker better handeling car.the pug does feel quicker but iv never put it up against a saxo on the road

what do you mean the gti feels more nimble and quicker?? theyre the same car!
the engines are identical except for the badge, and the rear of a gti has a 24mm (i think) antiroll bar, as opposed to a 21mm(i think) saxo one which you wouldnt really notice on most days.

the real question is, which do YOU think LOOKS best?
if the vts is better condition than the other then id sway towards that tbh as its less work to get it how you want it

The gti is a better looking car even if they share the shame bodyshell but the saxo still looks good when they are clean and tidy. Are they both standard, as there really shouldn't be much noticeable between them

This.

Personally, going by the mileage, i'd stick with the Saxo.

Stick with the Saxo, but what colour is the 106? Becuase Cobalt blue and Sundance yellow ones are just too nice to ignore ;)

Keep both, mod the VTS and keep the GTi standard as the GTi will hold its value better.
