Sounds like thier certificate (SSL I think?) has expired and they haven't bothered renewing it.

I think it means any details you send are unencrypted.

We use website certificates at work but have our own internal certificate authority which is trusted.

Streamline can be trusted as said sounds like there ssl has just run out. give them a call and order that way you can pay using your card over the phone with them anyways mate and suppose you could ask for discount too.
