I saw this on PickTV at 3:30am this morning lol

http://bodyshieldpro.com/

It is basically a all in one car cleaning product. Its waterless. Squirt it on and use a microfiber cloth to wipe it off.

At the same time it clean and protect with a 'Silicone base' that protects for more then 6 weeks. It showed a car that was covered in heavy mud and this guy used the spray on the bonnet and he explained about the paint being bumpy and this can trap dirt. Where as this BSP stuff 'fills' the ripples and makes a smooth surface.

He got a glass and it actually slid along the bonnet and slid off.

I don't believe in this stuff.. Scratches and swirls galore.

A bloke at work uses something like this (he is mega OCD with his cars, 37 and not had sex for a good 10 years and lives with his parents...) and tbh his car looks good and beads like fuck but it's always in te shade at work so I've never had a proper look for swirls. It's mad though, because he thinks I'm crazy using a pressure washer lmao?

I'll stick to my snow foam and two bucket method :D

I will never use a waterless solution on any of my cars. Not even the Land Rover.

So you're adding a bit of water and rubbing all the dirt around the paint. . .

I'm good.
