I think music works better for me. I haven't seen too many videos apart from that massive massive black guy who had all his gym stuff taken off him and used his pal to mimic the resistance in prison. Pretty clever tbh.

I tend to just blast out my fav tunes in my ear and get in the zone.

I think it's always nice when people comment on you looking well, this just makes you feel what you're doing is worthwhile.

When I use to do a lot of running I'd sometimes go to this vid to give me motivitation......when I couldn't be arsed or was thinking fook it....I ain't going for a jog tonight I'd watch this and I'd get my arse in gear.it helped me get really fit and lose lots of weight......I think I need to start watching it again
