hello, i was just wondering what you lot are using ? I feel like i'm burning out very quickly at the gym at the moment . I'm not really trying to get (BIG) my workout is mixed between weights and running , basically trying to get into better shape . any advice welcome ta

ive been using creapure creatine lately. was cheap off my protein. so far its worked well. Kind of makes your muscles go numb and you cant feel the burn. So its good as you fail when your muscle gives up rather than when your brain does through pain so you get more reps out with more weight. Very good in my opinion.
My mate works for a football mag and he has researched creatine and he found creatine was one of the most effective supplements in all areas of fitness. and that results were increased massively with the use of creatine ... i have only just started on it in 2012 so i cant really see results yet.

I take this with Maximuscle Cyclone which is also a great product. all be it expensive. You get what you pay for though. I have seen a massive change since a year ago.

Granted I don't get as much sleep as I should , diet wise
Morning , porridge
Mid morning, apple and beagle and peanut butter
Dinner, rice and tuna
Tea , pasta and chicken
I also try to drink around 4 litres of water a day

Eat a better/bigger meal Pre workout. A low GI carb with good quality protein

More clean carbs, more sleep. Then you can add a pre workout supplement. I use MP Assault which is pretty good stuff
