Anyone know much about pensions?? When i left lloyds tsb i got my pension contributions out by cheque. Do you have to leave a company or just the scheme to get your money out??

Leave the scheme - although it can be quite costly if you remain with the company.

It depends on the company policy about it. With my company if you opt out of the pension scheme you cannot begin to draw it until you retire from service iirc. They do have an option to draw it and stay working for up to 2 years when you decide to retire if you want to stay on and they offer you a contract.
