Gf won't receive texts off me

When ever I text the missus she never gets the message sent through to her phone but I can receive hers.. everyone else I text is fine its just with her phone so is there a technical problem with either of our phones?

She's tried swapping her sim into another phone but having the same problem.

I had the same problem for a while mate but a argument with the local t mobile shop the problem was solved something about network maintenance :/
