black reg plates?

on the motorway at the mo on way to a training course with work. We keep seeing cars with black reg plates with just a white number on and a sticker in the window saying political immunity? Any one have any ideas what they are As they are all high class cars?.

Embassies can also courier stuff between embassies in another country and not get searched

Remember the Bill years ago someone had "Diplomatic immunity" and kept going round committing crimes and every time they came knocking on his door he would just say "You can't arrest me, I have diplomatic immunity"

Think so but then they get booted out if found out. But I'm not sure about serious crimes like murder there must surely be a limit on crimes you can commit and only get a slap on the wrists

They get sent back to their own country. Look what happened the other week when an embassy in England got given a day to leave the country.
