I sold some bits on ebay to a guy with 34 feeback score all 100% on 13/01/2012.
He told me he would collect on 18/01/2012. Since then I have had no contact at all, sent him a few polite messages asking when he is going to collect as I have others interested.
I have launched a non payment dispute yesterday but unsure of what to do next?
Items were: wingmirrors + grille for collection only via auction listing.
Help please?
I would give him bad feedback and relist but dont want to get bad feedback in return.

Send an invoice to cancel the transaction, dont kick up a fuss with him because he can leave you bad feedback and you cant leave him bad feedback, shit why ebay changed this. Just relist them and move on. Too many twats on ebay not paying for stuff nowadays

How do I cancel the transaction? Ebay says I need to wait 4 days but do it before day 37 etc?
Also mentions final value fees or something?
I listed the items for free as it was a free listing weekend.
It's my lasses ebay and she will pop my left nut if I get her bad feedback.

You can sell it to the second highest bidder (if there was one)
Does it say on ebay under selling, you have a second chance?? or something along those lines

Yeah I have second chance... but what if I do that and then the guy decides he wants it? That leaves me open for shit doesnt it?
Can I not get anything put agaisnt his account? Non payment marker?

On the right hand side of the item you sold it says 'more actions' on the drop down it should say 'resolve an issue' then the next page should come up and will have 'cancel a transaction' on it. You will have the fees refunded to you then if the buyer agrees to cancel it

Sorry for all the questions just want to get it done right lol!
Thanks for the help!

Im not sure, i think all you can do is leave bad feedback and open a dispute.. maybe leave it untill the dispute is over and then sell it to the second highest bidder/ Or email the guy and tell him if theres no payment within a certain time then you will cancel it.
