I use these for sidelights, interior light, interior boot light, and rear numberplate lights, they are very bright! A couple pictures of them fitted:

Had Philips xtreme vision before, and Osram nightbreakers. Both were about the same imo, but the nightbreakers are cheaper so i'd go for those!

yeah they are on my Leon.
the regplate on a saxo is teh same bulb as your sidelights, 501.
i would have thought 9 would fit, as they are pretty similar to the size of a 501 bulb. i went for them for my sidelights (again 501) as i knew they would be ok to fit...but im tempted to go up to 27 leds for the sidelights.

you want white lights, 6000k.
soon as you go above, 8-10000k to get the blue tinge, then you are going to start lacking in distance, brightness and disability.

I heard you're meant to stick relay's in somewhere to get the propper wattage from the bulb.
Also which Osram are best?
