I'll give it a chance. I just hate the carry on style humour.

Like when they pretend to be surprised. They're genuinely funny people and when they have real accidents etc it's funny. Just hate the staged stuff.

I like the show, it's still funny in places. It's the cringy jokes "Eat british Muff" etc that you can see coming from a mile away.

I've got a very simple friend who doesn't get jokes til about 15 mins after you've told them. Watched the christmas special with him and he was crying with laughter.

I don't know if I need to just dumb myself down and take it at face value but it's really weak comedy.

It's a shame we even have to discuss the comedy aspect. It's a bloody car show and it does that very well.

It's gone silly now.

Richard thinks he's awesome and funny with all that hand shit he does while trying to make you laugh.

They force James to say stuff which isn't funny.

I used to like Clarkson, now I think he's a muppet.
