Hi all


I have a problem with my saxo in that once a week for the last 3wks it struggles to start.1st attempt it cuts out out straight away,2nd attempt it misfires shakes badly then cuts out.On the 3rd attempt it starts but I have to give it some revs & hold it there for about a min.So far i`ve changed the crank sensor coil pack, leads air temp sensor,coolant temp sensor.Once the car is warm its fine & starts up again after being left for an hour or so.I`ve had it on a diagnostics machine which shows no fault codes,cleaned the ICV,put injector cleaner in the tank etc.

manifold pressure sensor, also know its a simple thing but has fuel filter been changed?

Cheers Jason,I haven`t changed the fuel filter thats the 1 thing I haven`t changed mate,whereabouts is the manifold pressure sensor mate?

haha the two things i've got to do, fuel filter and MAP sensor!
the engine doesnt start first few attempts either didnt think it could be as simple as fuel filter!
