Looks clean. I love Golfs, they're so easy to make look good. Wheels, slammed, done. Same with most VW's tbh.

Scott what work is involved for £50?, for example Claying, Machine polish, Wax Sealant etc...
Maybe you should list the products you use and methods you've used to obtain that finish.
£50 seems a bit too cheap tbh dude.
Thing is nowadays people don't want to part with money for a decent job, I'd tell them to get f****d for that price imo.
That's part of the reason i refuse to do it for people now, too many jokers that think G3 and a mop is a good enough job for an hour or two's work, People don't appreciate the time and effort that goes into it! not to mention the cost of proper products!

for that £50 and the process/products i used on the golf is as follows:
Hose car, no head just light power from tap.
jet wash from a distance to take any loose grit away.
Snow foam (cherry snow foam) left for 5-10 mins.
Jetwash off
Bilberry wheel cleaner sprayed on and agitated if needs be, left for 5 mins and jetwashed off.
two bucket method wash - top half with one lambswool mit, lower half with different mitt, wheels with different mitt if needed after bilberry. (maxolen or autoglym)
jet wash off
check for any dirt left on car, re wash using same method and products if needs be and jet wash again.
lube up clay bar and car (sonus clay bar, water shampoo lube or sonus lube), reomve most conamintaion and tar spots etc.
either jet was or hose after.
dry car to carry out swirl and paint check etc.
tape up plastics
machine polish whole car (various chem guys hexlogic pads and menzerna compounds dependant on level of cut required etc)
buff off all residue.
(extra step if wanted - polish again "on golf i used poorboys black hole" and buff off, find it gives bit more depth but is extra cost)
seal car using menzerna power lock sealent - applied by hand and buffed off
wax car (dodo 2 step wax, or purple haze etc, or maxolen liquid wax) and buffed off.
Windows sprayed.
tyre gel and plastics blacked.
its a loooong process (started golf at 9, finished at 4.30) and should cost a lot more than i charge but i enjoy it.
the products used and all my clothes etc set me back about £300-£400 are washed and dryed after each car so n there all fresh and clean.

Thanks for the info Scott, (Not sure sure what PRICKles problem is???)
Like i was saying mate you should charge a bit more tbh, but if your happy doing it for that then fair play.
One recommendation for you if I may is Bilt Hamber clay, I used to use Sonus but then went on to Bilt Hamber as I find its the best value for money.:y:

Absolutely fine mate, Like i say i wasnt trying to be a funny fucker(like some on here)!!
Just simply saying your doing yourself out of money for the time taken to do it, I'm sure many would agree.
Not everyone wants to pay though, simply becasue they think the Bosnians down the road will do an equal job lol :wall: when we all know how they wash cars!:fcuk:
Whereabouts in Brum are ya?

That's one of the reasons I stopped advertising.
People around here would rather pay the Albanians in Lye for a quick wash, they can't tell the difference either. It's only really car enthusiasts that'll know the difference between what we do and what they can offer. Hence it's a bit of a niche.

people are foolish to let any one liek that touch there car , they add marks etc lol!
ye i guess so but £50 for 6 months are much nicer car to me is worth anyones money!

Done a nice job on that mate, and £50 is way under priced. I had a few people see the photos I put in Facebook after I detailed my car interested in me doing theirs but they all think it's too dear! Wouldn't of minded doing a few but I normally take my time (no doubt spend 30 hours on the saxos paint) to get it as good as I can. That means them not having a car for days and if it rains I'm fucked. Decided to just stick to mine and maybe a few friends. If they use the car wash at te moment then like fuck am I wasting my time on their car so they will go there again though.
