Ive been told to add nuts into my diet as a snack, what types are best ? Cheers in advance......

almonds mate. Love them, have a sweet taste. You only need about 10-15 almonds with each meal that doesnt have good fats in. Thats about 5-7g of fat.

most nuts are good for you but not too many..brazil,almonds,pecan..just a handfull will do the trick!

aye, i wonder what's on them that makes yer teeth fall out ya nugget, how the fuck is all the sugar/honey on cashews gunna be good for you?

peanuts/almonds are what i used.

peanut butter if ur after a bit extra before the gym and picstachios (fuck knows how u spell it) high in calories and protein, but low in fat especially saturated. Good nutriant dense snack.
