Indicators not working?!

Hi
I tried to install a cd player last night in my car and it shorted itself off. Now my indicators don't work?! And I keep hearing a warning noise and my battery light comes on!

sounds like youve blown a fuse mate but duno why that would bring the battery light on

It's like a warning. It flashes sometimes. Gonna check fuses. Cheers mate
