its not a saxo - but someone may be able to help.
2001 206 1.6 16v xsi.
in the summer this car was faultless, now its winter every morning (as its cold) it doesnt like to tick over, it splutters when i touch the throttle, and when im driving along and change gear (dipping clutch) it cuts out... only when its cold though. soon as its warm it perfect. i do let it warm up a good ten mins before i drive, but its still unhealthy.
its had
new spark plugs
new coil pack
new battery
none have solved the problem.
ive heard the engine temp sensor can cause this, so this is my next replacement.
is there anything else i may have missed? wouldn't of thought icv as it doesnt cut out when its warm.
