Hi all!
I just got my first car: a polar white 1.1 desire. £1100, 1 owner from new, 33000 miles, totally standard. Bargain :y:. Anyway, I find the interior a bit ... boring. Does anyone have any tips about what to do to make it a bit more interesting. Thanks

I like your thinking but I can't really afford one at the moment. Wish I could though......

If interior's a bit boring, try and get hold of some 106 GTi leather seats. Maybe respray center console, but if it's fairly standard, keep it looking OEM as Saxos with such low mileage that haven't been totally molested are getting harder to find :y:

decided i'm gonna respray the centre console, vents and speaker covers. Not sure what colour though. The car's white but i'm not keen on white vents. Any advice?

agree 100%

if your after interior paint the centre dash and maybe the heater vent surrounds, centre box and your dial surround white, get some plasma dials, a nice aftermarket omp steering wheel and if you cant afford some new seats seat covers do a cracking job :y:

NOOOOOOOOO why do young saxo owners think this looks good? They're just random bits of plastic, just because you can remove them doesn't mean they should be sprayed. Seriously everybody does this and it always looks stupid. Save up for some gti leathers and you'll see an instant transformation of the car.

That sounds like the most pikey interior I can imagine. May aswell stickerbomb the roof lining to top it all off.

this, or other seats of course. I wouldn't respray parts of the interior, screams cheap chav to me and been done to death on the chav scene. You may not want to be a part of that.

Don't re-spray anything!!!!!!
Seats out of a higher model saxo will do wonders, but still look standard.
Nice headunit, some plain black fitted floor mats etc.. just keep it subtle
