Hi. I am wanting to take my front grill of to spray it white and then the chevrons the same colour as the car (mauritius blue). But the screws that hold the grill in place are in a bad state and don't want to move. Any ideas?

I'm not sure what the issue is, they are just rusty and won't move. I don't want to risk spraying the body of the car white.

wack abit of WD on em and make sure your using the right Torx (T20) IIRC and just have a go at em, if that doesn't work and it rounds it, best bet would be to tap and T25 on and use that and hope it works (obv you'll then need new ones)
also if they move abit then get tight, just tighten em back and and loosen again, keep going like that to warm the thread up etc, stop it snapping

so you mask it up and you wont spray the rest of the car
but if they just rusty then use some spray on it a couple of times and just keep trying to get them off
