Should I get, sunflower or olive? Then if olive, virgin or extra virgin. Help I don't know what to buy.

Extra virgin olive oil, good fats iirc, and healthy in moderation.

Only put it in your body though, not engine.

I use Castrol GTX. Helps prevent the yoke from splitting on my fried eggs

Depends what you are buying it for cooking wise, to cook with or to drizzle over things. Olive oil, extra virgin is good for drizzling and baking but has a low burn temp which makes it quite useless for frying, veg oil is better but has a distinct flavour, for frying stir frys etc groundnut oil is better as it is flavourless.

I had a look at all sorts of different oils, I find that peanut oil is quite fatty.

at 11 in the morning that would be sad... I just started another one of those threads about whatever should I buy which I'm not gonna buy anyway ;)

I have 4-5 different bottles of oil already, all pure extra virgin of sorts
