Right i was just playing around with the spare rear arches i have and i was just wondering how it would look if i cut out the arch and bonded a flatarch into it. Do you guys think this will look rubbish or should i give it a go ?

Are you on about converting your rear arches to a vt kit?

If you mean complete the kit I would go ahead and do it. Done mine a bit ago was a bit of a pain but looks great. Half kitted ones look crap in my opinion

Unless you have the time and patients then dont do VT kit it! Some people iv read on here say its easy, I personally didnt and got really fucked off. I then was left with front wings with wholes ect. which I then filled in and now its back to standard. I asked the question should I vt kit when I had a flat arch and everyone said to me "just get a vtr" I now see the logic in this...lol

I do agree with that its a lot of hassle, mine is still not fininished still need to skim some of the tiger seal and repaint some bits. Does look good tho, i personally just hated the flatt arch chav lexus light reputation in my area and couldnt afford vtr insurance

I've got a flatty and love the flat arch, I kept it HALF-VT and most people say it looks really good, so always worth considering?

really like your flatarch jdub looks nice. and what i ment was use a vtr door trim then cut a rear vt arch so it will go under the flatarch trim on the rear

i can't say ive seen that done i did think about it myself at one point but never lined it all up, only problem is u would need to get sidskirts to match the width of the door with the vt rear and door panels would be interesting to see it done

i say keep it flat arch and add a vt bumper :) hate it when people ruin a car by putting a vt kit on :@ unless your JDUB and then its turn out to look shit hot!
