it revs really high when driving but only when it was cold soon as car warms up its ok...i took it back to where i bought it and he reckoned he replaced the icv (fibber!) then when it was still happening, took it back and he said he had replaced again, but it still does it
Now i suspect its an ebay part as i have found similar on there and read on here that they are rubbish and now it revs over 3000 even when warm. took it to bits and cleaned it no joy there either..

just put another icv on not crappy ebay one, and was running fine then jumps up to 2.500 revs on its own...gonna get shot i think coz to say its fraggling my head is an understatement! only has 52k on clock dunno whats its problem is!

It a mark 1 or mark 2 saxo?

You have to reset them when you fit another one.

Does it rev straight up to 3k soon as you start it up?

Tut tut, take it u was just putting it right out there before... Lol ;)

i was just helping myself.
the kicking and screaming made it much more fun... but my success rate wasnt that great. so, new technique.

my original plan, seems to have worked much better so far.
