Depends where your driving.

Motorway 50 miles easy I'd say if sat at 70.

Town, 30 tops IMO.

Shouldn't go that low anyway, sucks crap through the system from the bottom of the tank.

1.4 2001 furio. 134.5k on the clocks gear change at 2k i get roughly 35mpg round town. on motorway a bit more difficult

i did 170 miles on £20 when the fuel was like £1.28

but round town i can easily get 250-300 miles before the light comes one.

infact currently.

176.4 miles just dipped to half a tank left.

petrol light coming on indicates around a gallon of petrol is left in the tank, depending on the size. In a 1.1, 45 litre tank/ light comes on at 4.5litres. So the light indicates 10% petrol, however far you get on 10% of a tank

so 29 miles could be about right or not? id get about 120 miles from £20 of petrol that steady motorway driving. trying to find out if its running too rich thats all. smells of petrol but no leak, been told lambda sensor but dont want to be buying new 1 if not that.

Depends on many things, like how you drive, how heavy your load is, where you drive etc.

my mk1 vtr driven carefully about 300 motorway miles a week, i can get about 45mpg ;)

Around town and city driving, i struggle to get 250miles to a tank :(

standard, should do about 35mpg i think

i don't let it get that low as i've only been using my car for the last couple of days and £10 gets me 65 miles of town driving.

Wouldn't you like to know ;)

I get about 200 mile to a tank on my vts converted furio, but that's only town driving and under a LOT of stopping and starting.

about 30 miles after light is on by then tank is pretty much empty. I get 33mpg in my 106 GTi mixture of town and motorway driving.

My standard vts is doing 36.8mpg that's town and motorway driving / commute to work. I guess that "safe and fuel efficient driving" course work put me through is paying off lol.
