Spraying my back bumper black, about to put last coat of paint on just wondering if I will need to lacquer it? Its all done by cans and what iv found b4 is when you lacquer it the effect goes kind of dimply and duller? Not as shiney as the paint alone?

i think it needs to be lacquered ideally, you could use a rubbing compound on the lacquer after its dry to smooth it out then polish it to bring the shine back, its upto you but i'd imagine it will still eventually loose the shine if its just paint anyway

You need plenty coats of laquer then it'll need rubbing flat and polishing.
Saying that, you'll never get a long lasting finish from rattle cans. And you certainly shouldnt be spraying in this weather.
