have new members directed to an intorduction screen explaining about how REP works and where the search button is. as repetative question seem to annoy a few people. and i think this could resolve a few of them from being posted.

Good idea bout the reps one....
the search button is hardly hidden and is as obvious as the rest of the buttons so they would have to be blind or lazy not to see it...
