Im sick of spending stupid ammount of money on credit topping up my phone, does anyone know of a decent contract prefrably with free texts lots of them lol. and a pretty free phone that goes with it if possible.

get yourself an 02 genie sim card, its pay as you go, but top up 10 pound per month and get 300 free texts plus you still have the 10 pound credit to use

15 pound gets you 500 free texts and 30 pound gets you 1000 free texts

probs send something stupid like 50 texts a day, plus then i run the credit down on phone calls.

yep to many its addictive this texting stuff, and its worse when u text ure mate whos in the same room :zainy: !! its a choice of cut down on texts or get a contract and text some more lol ell thats a easy choice

stay away from contract phones they are made to rip off younger people i had one generally with 02 i put 30 a month got my bolt ons with 1200 free texts and 50 free mins didnt think that was good.....got contract one bill same amount of texts and calls used bill was £270 so beware

WOW £270 thats alot, they really are making there money then ill defo be careful in looking there might be a decent one somewhere.

i had one with o2 and tmobile really just get an 02 sim and get those bolt ons fired on def recommended :thumbup:

My bills used to be like £350 on Orange every month, Was such a waste of money, I now pay about £30 a month on PAYG

contracts = :upset: :wall: they cheaper than pay u go obviously! you want to find a company who blocks the phones after the texs / mins are up so you cant go over! im sure one of the main ones do it, i no 3 doesnt! have to find out and then use your pay as you go once thats up !!

Sounds like false advertisin to me but hey..

Anyway.. I'm gonna get a new phone on a contract soon, then just get the sim unblocked like my mumd one with her phone a while ago. No problems for her.

I want that new Sony *Drools* I'll take Sony over most things lol.

i tend to stay away from contract phones as ive spent over 3k in the years ive had one lol

im with easymobile now - they are new and very cheap! they always have special offers on for example lucky days - where calls and texts are free for 24-hours. aswell as that they gave 90 minutes after each england match.

id check them out as even cross network calls (usually the most expensive) are pretty low...

if however you want a contract phone. try 02 MAX at £75 a month. 1000 cross network minutes at anytime and 1000 messages (not sure on the messages as i had it a while back)

well i pay £30 a month on contract and i get 1000 texts 300 minutes 50 video mins, 50 mms and £5 worth of free downloads which i think is pretty good

i get fuck all texts but 250mins for 15 quid a month, its not that great to be honest i am getting rapped

I pay £35 a month on a t-mobile flex contract and get the equivelent of £180 of credit. I think i can use 1800 texts or 900 minutes.

I never have a bill of more than £40 but i sometimes use the internet thing which costs a bit on all networks.

Would recomend to anyone! Customer service people are brilliant aswell.
