My brother came home with two g shock watches and gave me one it's a g shock protection glx 5500-7DR anyone ever used these watches and what do you think in comparison to other brands?

the army use g shocks, there rugged and reliable unlike there rifles, but not that one, that looks like its been won out of a candy machine

I prefer 'Toy' watches myself.
I have got a Rolex locked in my mums safe, but that's not something I could leave the house with imo.

I used to have an all metal solar powered g shock about 10 years ago, was quite nice. Lost it ages ago though!
