The lower arm ball joint is out and the trackrod end and all that needs to be removed is the drive shaft. i'v hit it with a hammer, center punch ect ect ealy at a dead end now, any ideas please :wall:

They normally come out very easy. When I fitted my coilovers only had a problem with the droplinks as you would expect but everything else on mine come out or of easy.

Id only loosen then top nuts, other wise you pull to hard and the whole shaft will come out the g box and you'll have a nasty oil patch to clean up

Put the driveshaft nut back on slightly and keep hitting with a hammer. Also try getting some wd40 to free it

If you've allready lost the g.box oil then, undo the whole strut inc top nuts, and pull it all out with the driveshaft. Then atleast you can get it out the way and work on a bench or something to get it out.

there should be no reason for it to not come out. ive only had to use a hammer once, they always just drop out for me

Driveshafts that havent been touched for years can be very seized, i use an air chisel at work with a rounded chisel attachment and aim right down the center of the shaft
