driveshaft on its way out. check the cv boot for damage.

Is this a costly job to have it fixed ?

depends if you can do it yourself or not. new shaft can be had for about £40 and is fairly straightforward to fit. could replace the boot for about a tenner if you want to be really cheap

Is this when you are still or moving, if its when you're moving then yes it's probably driveshaft related, if when you're still it could be a track rod end, top mount, drop link etc.

Checked cv boot and it seems to be fine , had this prblam looked at before and I was told it were something catching when turning the wheel full lock to the right . Could this be possible also ?

Jack the car up (support with stands) and just move the wheels around with your hands, up down, left right etc
Might want another person to help, get them to move the wheel whilst you get under and check.
