Spraying plastic bumpers?

I couldn't see anything like this on the site but if there is, please link me to it.

I have a 1996 1.1 mk1 with the flat wheel arches, I want to know if anyone's painted the plastic bumpers and what colour you did them. Mine have gone a horrible grey colour over time and really makes it look crap.

The car is poseidon blue, should I paint them blue and risk the colour difference between metal and plastic or paint them jet black?

get a heat gun out and it will restore them back to a proper awesome black. But be careful, don't take the paint off the rest of the car....

i painted my missus 1.1 bumper and colour coded them poseidon blue, looks pretty good if your good at spraying
