Basically I have a spare set of VTR wheels kicking about.
I already have a white set.. But I'm going to be selling the spare set and at the moment theyre plain and boring.

Soo in the garage I have white, gun metal grey and black paint. Im open to buying other colours though..

What colours would a) have better selling potential and b) be different enough for me to keep them myself ;)

It was only a passing thought about selling them tbh! Theyre on my boyf's vts at the mo cause his wheels are getting refurbed so if I am selling them it wont be for a while I'm afraid matey :)

Yeah I did have a ganders at that earlier, I actually have some pearlescent paint somewhere but not sure if its to my taste!

Yea, I think you would be most likely to sell them in that colour. I think they look best in silver as well, but I'm pretty boring like that...

Gun metal sells best I buy it in bulk for selling wheels it seems to be the in colour at the mo. could paint the worst looking wheels in gunmetal and some mug on eBay would buy them.

If you are selling them then the colour should be non-committal really. It's the same idea as with houses. They are all painted magnolia when they are built, so it's a fairly plain base for people to work from. Gun Metal gets a +1 from me tbf, fits the bill..

Im agreeing with the gun metal grey to be honest! I was getting a good vibe off that, and also I would buy them if they were that colour..

Another thing I was thinking for selling potential is selling in primer for people's own colours, or are people to lazy to buy items like that?

Not many people want wheels in primer. I think its the thought of buying something half done then when they get to you putting a lot of work into them.

Yeah if I decide to keep them then I dont mind all the crazy colours. If we're on the subject of what we would love, I'd love some pink borbet A's... drool.

Back on subject though, I think pink vtr wheels are outta the question haha :p And yeah I figured as much with the primer..

My boyf did it once, looked pretty cool! The glow only lasts for a few hours though.. Ill have to find a pic for you :y:

i dont even know what wheels they are, team dynamics? i swapped them off a mate who didnt know what they where lol. lovely wheels but a bugger to clean...... specially when white :wall:

White is so annoying to clean.. Brake dust just rapes them. Think its why I wont be spraying the other set of VTR wheels white..
