wanting to change door card colour

yo! iv looked on ebay for new door cards and theyre either awful or worse than awful. also.. carbon fibre door cards? lol
anyway.. i dont like the colourful "carpet" / fabric and want black or grey.
is it possible to meerly paint it (without it looking poor) or something?
they plastic will be an easy spray i imagine.

Can get the desire door cards for full black plastic. Or there is a guide in the stickies for re trimming the fabric insert. A bit of suede and spray glue and they look really nice. Another option is to aerosol the fabric it feels horrid to the touch but can look good.
