GROUP BUY- torsion bars

Trying to get a group buy on the go for torsion bars, through (Performance Torsion Ltd) same as the last two:

Any bars upto 25mm

To help you choose the right size bars:

From what i've read these are the specs:
180-225lb = 21mm Torsion Bars
225-275lb = 22mm Torsion Bars
275-325lb = 23mm Torsion Bars


Price is £190 plus postage if we can get 10 people or more

Last time they allowed people to arrange there own courier if wanted aswell, think they charge £20 to post.

What lb rating are the torsion bars? a 23mm torsion bar from these guys could be the equivalent to a 21mm pugsport

The above is relevant. They should just be able to give you a table of specs if they know what steel they are using. I can't see them being much different as the range of sprung steels suitable for torsion bar use is limited.

Sure its covered in the previous group buy linked, they where a recommened company in the 1st places, then there has been 2 group buys with them and I've not heard or know of any complaints etc. I'll double check though.

cant see why it would be a problem as everyone will want different size bars anyway

Don't know if that's the same rating as PSF or not though.

Where did you get the specs for in the first post, they are the lb rating of the front springs to match the rear of the car! Might be the same though.

specs are above not sure what the psf bars are rated at. There located in Leicestershire (LE18 4PL)

you can sort your own courier so if you can find someone to do it then thats fine.

Ye I'll contact them now ideally want afew more from 106 and rallye reg coz I doubt everyone who've put there name down will actually come up with the money/deposit. To get this underway. But I'll contact them now and see what they say with regards to deposits etc.
Last time it was just send a paypal payment direct to them with a note saying sax-p group buy etc to get the discount.

The guy i spoke to wasn't informed i think about an English group buy , so he gave me the whole price ?!?!
he only knew about one arranged in the Netherlands...

If this is still going I can ask on AXOC aswel as I'm sure there's a few on there that would be interested.

Have they got any other options for finish/colours yet? Last time I ordered some they only did Matt Black so I asked for them unpainted and got them powder coated at a place near me instead.
