How would you go about painting the top, bottom and sides all in one go ? i just cant see how to do it without painting top then leaving for a day then bottom and sides ? Any advice would be very helpfull.

Often people hang it on something, like a piece of string tied to the roof of their garage. Or even a tree at the end of your garden :p
When I did mine I just lent it up against a wall, did the top and the sides and an hour later turned it and did the back. Let it go touch dry at the minimum though.

if its the type with the screws that go through the window you could put the screws in it and wrap some string around the screws and hang it somewhere, that way the string wont touch the paint

Dont spray it off a tree lmao thats a daft idea. If you have a garage do it in there to prevent anything hitting the spoiler when your painting it like leaves and just bits in general floating about. If you get anything setting in the paint you'll have to re do it lol...
